A number of meeting aides and conveniences are available at CubeSpace. We offer:
- Digital projector and screen: $35/session
- DVD player with surround sound system: $20/session
- Black & white printing or copying: $0.07/page
- Color printing or copying: $0.50/page
- Conference calling, using a CubeSpace phone: $20, plus $0.10/minute for the duration of the call.
- Coffee and tea service: $25 for up to 10 people; $35 for 10-30 people; $45 for 20-30 people; $60 for 30-50 people
All conference rooms feature white boards which can either be used traditionally or set up to interface with your computer. Self-service coffee, tea, espresso, soda, juice and snacks are included in the price of our meeting rooms (available in the Agora).
