There is now a business directory for WNG members at www.cubespacepdx.com/wng/directory. Any WNG member can create an entry in the directory. Any member who has attended at least one meeting in the past three months is allowed to post extended information, including a link to her web site and a 300-word-maximum blurb about her business.
To create your business directory entry, you will need to be logged in to the CubeSpace web site.
To create an account on the CubeSpace site, go to www.cubespacepdx.com/user/register. Choose a username (your first initial and last name are a good idea – like jsmith for Jane Smith). Type in your e-mail address, then click “create new account.” You will receive an e-mail which will tell you your account is pending, and which will also contain your password. Each account is subject to administrator approval, so you won’t be able to use your password until Beth has made your account official. When she has approved your account, you will receive a second e-mail, at which point you can log in, change your password if you want, and start creating your entry.
After you receive an e-mail that says your account is ready to go, visit www.cubespacepdx.com/wng/profile to create your first entry in the business directory. Log in with your username and password. Then fill out the form, following the directions on the web page. Required fields will be indicated with a red asterisk.
Many WNG members have more than one business. If you would like to list a second business on the web site, visit www.cubespacepdx.com/wng/profile2 to fill out a second entry – just like the first. If you have more than two businesses, please send an e-mail to beth2@cubespacepdx.com and Beth can help you.
Your entry will not be posted until the administrator has approved it. You’ll get an e-mail when this happens. We do this to make sure that everyone who has met attendance requirements gets their web site and business blurb posted in their directory entry.

How can I edit my business directory entry?
- Log into the web site using the little window on the left hand side of the home page.
- Once you have logged in, scroll down on the home page, and on the right, in the purple column, you will see a section with your username in the heading and several links underneath.
- Click on “my account.”
- You will see your directory entry. Underneath the heading that says “WNG Profiles,” there will be a link that says “edit.” Click this link to edit your information – it is exactly the same as when you first created the entry. If you have more than one entry, there will be an additional section that says “WNG profile extension.” The procedure for editing information here is the same as above. When you have finished, click “submit,” and your edited entry will be posted automatically.
What if I never received a confirmation e-mail?
- Check your spam folders to make sure e-mail from CubeSpacePDX.com is not getting transferred there. If you do not know how to do this, check the “help” section of your e-mail client.
- If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail, send an e-mail to beth2@cubespacepdx.com. Beth can check to make sure that we have your correct e-mail address and re-send any confirmation e-mails as necessary.
What if I forgot my password?
